Lenora Thomas is sponsored!
BIRTHDAY: April 15, 1950
COUNTRY: Jamaica
Lenora is a 69 year old woman who has no known relatives. She is a Christian, and she speaks and writes English. She is so thankful to be living at the Francis Ham Home, where she receives such compassionate care.
A friendly member of the Home family, Lenora enjoys checking on the other residents to make sure that they are alright. She participates actively in the communal chores by setting and clearing the tables in the dining area and sweeping the floor. Occasionally she likes to play bingo and darts, and in the evening she likes to keep informed by watching the news on television. She appreciates any of the food that is prepared in the kitchen but is particularly fond of rice, beans, and chicken.
Lenora looks forward to the visits that she receives from her priest and other members of her church family. They always bring such welcome support and encouragement.
Lenora is in fair health although, in addition to her cognitive challenges, she does experience some hearing impairment.
Sponsorship for Lenora will assist in the provision of food, clothing, medical attention, and many other items of basic need. Just as importantly, it will show her that someone cares.
